Venue: Botanical Garden of Latvian University, Kandavas street 2, Riga. The University of Latvia Botanic Garden dates back to 1922 and is the oldest botanic garden in Latvia. Extending over 15 hectares, it is part of Riga’s green landscape, containing 5,400 different plants. It is within convenient walking distance of the conference venue and the two conference hotels.

Menu: tasty selection of organic produce from local farms

Music: Jazz

Dress code: colourful as a rhododendron
