Conference Hotels

Con-Ex has reserved a number of rooms at a special conference rate at the hotels listed below. These are available without any extra booking fee. However, for any other hotel inquiries you are welcome to contact the Congress Secretariat. To guarantee the special conference rates, a full prepayment to Con-Ex is required not later than 30 days prior to arrival. The conference venue is point B on the map below.

Any cancellations without penalties must be made in writing 72 hours prior to arrival date. If the cancellation has not been received 72 hours prior your arrival, a cancellation fee of one night’s hotel rate will be charged.
